No customer service, unknown guitar quality

I purchased a Z420 "Zaars with Scars" model. The order confirmation email explained how to ask questions, so I did. They never responded. The guitar was sold at a discount with the understanding that it had been damaged and repaired, but was still in need of a luthiers love to get it into top shape. This implied to me that it was playable, but it's not. Two of the strings were laying flat against the frets. It's being worked on now, but it's still unclear how much work it's going to take to make it playable. The guitar is beautiful, but I can't tell how it's going to sound yet. All I can say for sure is that I've been ignored by customer service and I felt like I was mislead about the state of the product I purchased.

Hi Rhy,

So sorry if we missed a CS inquiry, we do try to stay on top of them as best we can. Regarding playability upon arrival, they definitely should be playable. Sometimes upon arrival, the humity changes from Arizona to your state can slightly move the metrics, and it needs a new setup, but all of our guitars should be ready to go upon arrival. Feel free to reach out to us if/when needed, and again, sorry if we had missed any previous request.
